Leon

Such an informative and entertaining cookbook! Think of this like an adult pop-up, interactive book broken into two parts: ingredients and recipes. The ingredients section not only tells you about the ingredient in a great, straight-forward way but also throws in some funny humor by also telling you about benefits, what pairs well with it, and interesting trivia. The second part offers up delicious and healthy recipes with wonderfully-paired stories to boot. Tie in a 70s-themed pic approach with pull-out charts and stickers, and you have yourself a killer cookbook!

The only downside to this cookbook is it's British which means us Yanks will need to do a bit of converting but nothing too difficult. Oh! You might also learn some interesting new terms for everyday veggies you might not have known before like courgette or aubergine!
